Jim Williams is a seasoned entrepreneur, inventor, and Master Mechanical Technician with over 50 years of experience in welding, construction, and diesel/auto service.

​

He began his journey in stick welding at the age of 12 and attended vocational school for welding and fabrication at 15, gaining hands-on experience working with logging equipment and trailers. Over the years, Jim has mastered various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and heavy cast iron hot welding, and holds Master Certifications diesel and truck technology from the esteemed ASE program, as well as certification for servicing emergency vehicles. 

 

Jim is the visionary behind Clean Planet MFG & Labs, a privately held, woman-owned, family sustainable manufacturing company located in Virginia's Central Shenandoah Valley. The company proudly counts UPS, the largest trucking company, as its first corporate customer.

 

In their manufacturing complex, they also house a research and development lab to explore and bring to market the latest and safest automotive and heavy equipment fluid management products for OEMs, end-users, mechanical technicians, and of course...The Environment!

Furthermore, Jim established Dynamic Solutions Industries to help with his own foot pain through the development of a pain-relief system for feet, along with necks, legs, backs, knees, and other joints and muscles. His products provide effective home therapy without the need for heating pads or medication-infused items, offering a non-pharmaceutical and non-invasive approach to pain.
